  • Stánhenge, our traditional mead. Try it chilled as an accompaniment to rich chocolate puddings. Medium-Dry. ABV 12.9%, corked and sealed in wax. Serve chilled and store upright in a cool place.
  • Old Sarum, one of our medieval-style meads, made with apples, patiently fermented and aged in oak, Old Sarum is the name of the settlement that became Salisbury. Great with fatty foods and strong cheeses, this one has the pleasant acidity from the apples with a clean finish. Medium-Dry. ABV 12.6%, corked and sealed in wax. Serve chilled and store upright in a cool place.
  • Yule is our first twice-fermented mead, hence the higher ABV. This also means it jumps to a higher Duty band (alcohol tax), so we reluctantly have to charge a bit more for this one. It's patiently fermented with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger, and then aged in oak. All in all, a two-year process. Great served either over ice or warmed, this mead is the granddaddy of mulled wines. Medium. ABV 16.9%, corked and sealed in wax. Serve chilled or warmed and store upright in a cool place.

150g of luscious ground coffee from the amazing The Flat Cap Coffee Roasting Co. Ludgershall. A lovely blend of Colombian and Peruvian coffees. Expect a rich, creamy body and with hints of chocolate and caramel.

Made with Piedmont hazlenut sourced from a single farm in the Piedmont region of Italy, considered home to the world’s finest hazelnuts, it has no actual Salami in it! Instead, it’s a deliciously moist concoction of chocolate, hazelnuts, pecans, orange, raisins … and a generous splash of rum and brandy! The recipe is based on their panforte cake which was a great hit in 2013 and even went out in some very special hampers to past Prime Ministers and Royalty! Perfect for serving after dinner with coffee!
