Yule is our first twice-fermented mead, hence the higher ABV. This also means it jumps to a higher Duty band (alcohol tax), so we reluctantly have to charge a bit more for this one. It's patiently fermented with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger, and then aged in oak. All in all, a two-year process. Great either over ice or warmed, this mead is the granddaddy of mulled wines.
Medium. ABV 16.9%, 50cl, stopper cork sealed in wax.
SERVE CHILLED & STORE UPRIGHT IN A COOL PLACE. ALSO WONDERFUL SERVED WARM.
