A wonderful addition to our spiced meads. We've fermented this one with a little orange juice to make it extra Christmassy! Fermented with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger – the grandaddy to mulled wines.
15.0% ABV
70cl bottle, stopper cork, hand-sealed & stamped in wax.
NOTE: We use a weak sulphite solution when cleaning/sterilising our bottles and this may leave a trace of sulphites in the mead. Fermentation can also generate sulphites naturally. Therefore, anyone likely to have an allergic reaction to sulphites should proceed with caution.
SERVE CHILLED OR GENTLY HEATED AS A 'WINTER WARMER'. STORE UPRIGHT IN A COOL PLACE. OPEN AND ALLOW TO BREATHE BEFORE SERVING.
