A full-bodied mead made from Welsh honey and locally-picked pumpkins and slowly fermented with cinnamon and ginger. Serve lightly chilled, ambient or even gently warmed.
70cl, 14.9% ABV, stopper cork hand sealed in wax.
NOTE: We use a weak sulphite solution when cleaning/sterilising our bottles and this may leave a trace of sulphites in the mead. Fermentation can also generate sulphites naturally. Therefore, anyone likely to haven allergic reaction to sulphites should proceed with caution.
We do not use artificial preservatives, so once opened, store in a cool dark place. Unfinished, replace the cork and refrigerate.
