A full-bodied mead made from Welsh honey and locally-foraged sweet chestnuts. Sweet on the lips with an earthy complexity. Serve lightly chilled or ambient.
70cl, 14.9% ABV, stopper cork hand hand-sealed in wax.
NOTE: We use a weak sulphite solution when cleaning/sterilising our bottles and this may leave a trace of sulphites in the mead. Fermentation can also generate sulphites naturally. Therefore, anyone likely to haven allergic reaction to sulphites should proceed with caution.
STORE UPRIGHT IN A COOL PLACE. SERVE LIGHTLY CHILLED. OPEN AND ALLOW TO BREATHE BEFORE SERVING.
